Long time, no blog - I know, I know, I know. Finished one job, had a week off with the family, and started a new one. While a great job it means I'm away from home three or four nights a week, which is how you find me in a studio flat many miles from home on the new laptop wired up via some very nifty mobile phone software that turns it in to a hotspot (providing you've got a) 3G and b) an unlimited internet mobile tariff.

And that sums up what I've doing for the past month; what else? New series of Dr Who - hurrah! (my little 'un is now at an age where he is starting to get it; and sits curled up on the sofa with me watching it).

Oh, the new job? it's my first proper proper position of responsibility job, with meetings and suits and all that. Still doing cool stuff, but a level ip and it's a bit of a culture shock to a perpetual slacker like myself.
