Animal Crossing DS finally came out in the UK on Friday, but I've had an import copy since January. Hadn't played it for a few weeks but picked it up again and a) it's like sugar-coated computer crack and b) it guilts you for not playing by having all the characters mention they haven't seen you in like ooh, six weeks or so

New Flaming Lips album out today - hurrah!!! I shall get my arse in gear shortly and head off to my local record emporium. Local shop has The Shins albums going cheap too, so I might treat myself (always been one of those I-must-buy-but-never-quite-do bands; well not today!).

I did promise to put up the recipe for banana, cherry and white chocolate muffins up today but copying it out of the book is a bit too much like hard work, so I'm searching the net for it so I can C&P.

The worst thing about this update is it knocks msjune's fine bosom off my comments page
