ah... a few days to catch up with stuff ; sometimes not working 9-5 Monday to Friday has its advantages. Finally got round to watching Ghost In The Shell (Just in time for the sequel
) and The IT Crowd (It's like Father Ted with more computers and a lot less gags), reading Charlie Higson's new Young Bond (think the famous five with a body count) and Eric Idle's Greedy Bastard Diary (Why can you get the whole of Python on region 1 but very little over here? One of these days I'll just splash out the 99 for all 14 discs and be damned), and listening to the new Belle & Sebastian, Isabel Cambell & Mark Lanegan, Jenny Lewis, The Crimea and the best of Cypress Hill (not sure how the last one fits in to the grand scheme of things
)
Now sitting tight until my redundancy cashfall hits (Don't fret; I'm already working elsewhere after a nice Christmas off
) Anyone want to recommend a good MP3 player thingum? My iPod is on it's last legs - the new Creative Zen M (or summat) looks like a goer...

Now you have to watch Ghost in the Shell: Stand-Alone Complex (although I hated the end of the series)
