Big Bad Voodoo Daddy....at The Derby. I saw them last night!! I hung out with them backstage b4 the show!! I've wanted to see them for years! It was simply fantastic! Great show. They sound EXACTLY the way you've heard them on the CD. Really high energy! Great crowd and beautiful tattooed women too...

I ran away for the weekend. Drove down to San Diego on Friday. Had a bbq at Ocean Beach Friday afternoon, partied at a friend's house that night and tried a Hooka (sp?) for the first time. It was apple flavored. I enjoyed it.

I'm driving up to SF tomorrow. It'll be a crazy trip. A bachelor's last night on thursday, partying wiht friends on friday. Wedding & a b-day party on saturday. Probably sit in my old hot tub at my friends house on sunday. WORK all day monday..might try to make it into SF Monday night for liltuffy's pahtay.

I don't like dealing with vw cause the parts are so damn expensive. and I blow up engines so it gets pricey. likely no more than a honda but I like the way VWs look over hondas, save of course the prelude when it's appropriately kitted out. I was going to buy one but there weren't any silver ones around. oh well
