Wow, I am at the mall too much. Not only do I work there, but my boyfriend and I get up at 8 am to go there as well??? Ack.
I finally bought myself some of MAC's Studio Fix Foundation/Powder. Mmmm yummy MAC makeup. For any ladies who are MAC fanatics, you understand.
I also bought THE PERFECT red lipstick. Not from MAC, but it is nonetheless perfect. It's like, killer queen with a machinegun red. Rowr. I can't wait to wear it out.
What a hell of a time I had in HMV. See, I got this gift certificate from my uncle for Christmas along with money towards a new bed. It was $2o for HMV. I go in, and I can't pick anything out. I have everything I want on my computer. So I start to feel guilty for ever beginning to download music and want to shoot myself. I finally grabbed KMFDM's XTORT. I decided on it because I needed something loud and energizing for when I use Ryan's cd player on the bus.
I'm calling Child Services tomorrow on the people across the hall. This is the last straw. That kid is SCREAMING everyday, and I know it's not a caulic. People are so disgusting.
Oh yeah, and we bought a new bed today. In a way, it almost felt like a waste throwing $5oo down for a mattress, box spring and a bed frame... but we need it I guess. It's just sick, like, that's without a headboard or footboard!!! Ew things are so expensive. There was this gorgeous headboard/footboard at the store that I was dying to get, but it was quite pricey. But thanks to Trading Spaces I'm going to make my own headboard!!! I remember watching an episode where they just took a sheet of inch-thick wood fitted to the width of their bed, and stapled that foam stuff to it and then stapled fabric over the foam and VOILA! So I'm going to do that with black velvet.
We went into Sears today on our mall excursion because Ryan was buying some ratchets or something, and I bolted to the chainsaws and almost creamed myself. I made him promise to buy me my very own 6.2 kW chainsaw one day. So big I could barely use it! Mmm the rip-roaring sound... Oh the fun I would have
Yes I am a nerd, I also LOVE powertools. One day, I will own hundreds.
