Well I made it to Knoxville Tn and back for the weekend. 20 hour drive round trip I hope I don't have to do it again. Well I will have to do it when I go back up there for good. To Ohio that is. Florida has brought me into its fold and has grown on me and I like it now. It is so perfect down here in the winter and fall, I love it. Summers are pretty hard and hot but what the heck. I am tired of being cold. I don't mean cold I mean cold and really nothing to do. For example, in California we would go Skiing even in Colorado. I am a Ski snob and only will ski the Rockies or Sierras, so guess won't be skiing for a while.
Oh yea this weekend. College Football spectacular. I love college football. My team and school Texas A&M won and beat Texas. My in-laws team won My wife's team one. Oh yea and I found out my wife will be returning on time. I was worried about that.
Sorry this is so jumping around on subjects. I am probably high from Audrey's fumes. Oh yea reminds me. If you have ever owned an old european car or bike you will know the smell. I so love this smell. It is of like gasoline and oil and man it is just nice brings back memories. I also like the smell of school when everybody is going home and starts their bikes and they put the choke on and all the bikes are running rich. Rich means too much gas in the mixture. Like a hydrocarbon smell. I know it is pollution but I like it. Here is some statistic for you about engines. An Engine while starting needs a air fuel ratio of about 8:1 that is 8 parts Oxygen to 1 part fuel by weight. Sitting at a stoplight it needs 10:1, accelerating it needs 12:1, the all time optimum is 14.7:1, cruising down the highway running super efficient an engine needs 16:1. All the ratio's are by weight. So that is a friggin lot of air. For example for one gallon of gas weighs about 7.6 lbs or so. You need 7.6X16= the amount of Air by weight you need just for one gallon. WOW. Ok that is enough boring you. Later taters...
