So as of last Friday, I am now 23 - as you can tell from this photo of me yesterday (the morning after the night before), I am *thrilled* about this... 
But it wasn't all terrible - my lovely boyfriend commissioned an incredible, unique (at least in my town!) candy "cake" in the shape of my favourite heels! (right down to the logo and the skull motif)- every last bit of it (bar the jelly baby-covered cocktail sticks that formed the walls) was edible - it was out of this world, and I'll probably still be eating it come February!
