Whatever you do....Don't do the carb thing...It'll only screw in the long run...watch the cholesterol and calories...eat lots of greens...and hydralic exercise is the bomb...I mean I have already lost 8 inches and I have been doin my thing for about 2 months now...Anyway hope your days off are satisfying... biggrin
