This past weekend was Best Buy's big grand opening extravagansa...AKA it was an effing nightmare for all staff....except we got free sub's all day long
Any shoomo...today is my mom's 50th birthday so I'm obliged to being really nice to her, but she's taking me out for dinner too, which is really sweet...ohh yeah...And I was chosen to be the store mascot...I got to dress up in the Big Tag mascot outfit at Best Buy and now anytime they need to have Tag appear...guess who it will be!? ME!! horribly embarrasing pictures to follow!
funny story: My supervisor at work is very very gay and according to him, I'm his favorite. Anyway, so he's really huggy and kissy, and he [Tyler] kissed my forehead yesterday in front of a couple customers. These people were so disturbed that they asked someone else on my team if Tyler and I were dating. Of course my assoicate was trying to contain his laughter, but the couple pressed, "is that girl sleeping with your supervisor to try and work her way to the top? That poor girl, she needs to learn that you don't need to sleep with everyone to get a good career." At this point, the other associate was laughing so hard at the couple that he had to explain that Tyler was gay, and that I just happened to be a friend of Tyler's....that couple came back today in order to apologize for "assuming I was a hussy".
I'm really excited for the Sg Regina folks little bash on the 13th Except...most of the girls are really hot...so I'll stick out like a sore thumb
