Today is shit.
I had an oral exam for my spanish class yesterday, and I went, but when I got there this building in the university, Ad hum was closed down because someone had pulled a fire alarm. My test was supposed to be at 2, and I got there at 1:45...waited until about 2:10 (because security told me that the building would be closed for at least 1 hour) and left because I had to work at 3:00. I found another girl in my class, got my teachers phone number and called her, explained (left a message) and then I left and went to work.
When I got to class today, my professor pulled me aside and told me that I could not do the oral exam since I didn't "show up" yesterday. When I tried to explain she told me that I was lying to her and that I wasn't in the Language building because so was she (which is BS because I was there
) and she feels that since I didn't wait long enough I shouldn't be allowed to do the exam. So I've now lost 10% of my final grade because of a fire alarm. Fuck me.
THe only saving grace is that my history professor told me that she was very excited to read my essay since she has spoken to my previous history professors who have told her that "she is a great writer and knows whats she's talking about in her essays, you will enjoy her work" about me. I just about died! My other professors actually think I'm smart. haha
Tonight I'm going to see Jackass: 2 again with my friends. *sigh*
