Just been plugging away on my book, I wrote 16 pages last week I currently have my brother Neil enlisted as my muse, my friends Aric and Jeremy as my editors/creative consultants, my mother as moral support and my ex-boyfriend Chris... well he hasn't commented on it yet, but I'm sure he'll end up being the rational voice in my chaos and a good source of comic relief. It's going really well and I feel awesome! I'm never as happy as I am when I'm passionately writing and really feeling the creativity. I also already have two publishing companies interested in my work so when I have the first book in the trilogy finished I may well have an "in" in the industry It's about time some of my good karma started paying off.

My chest piece is all healed, despite a little lingering itchiness. It looks amazing now that its past the gross peeling and oozing stage, the colors are wonderfully bright and I'm so pleased! I have my last two appointments with my artist towards the end of May and then I guess I'll be switching over to James to finish off my work. I'm still really sad about Eric retiring, but there is hope that he'll be doing some more work in the fall.

I have a consult with my doctor on Friday to see if he agrees with the preliminary diagnosis of Cushings Disease and if I'll get the go ahead to start a battery of tests to confirm or deny it. Keep your fingers crossed for me everyone.
