SO I started a new workout yesterday... Oh the pain this morning! All the squatting! Stairs are a real issue! Hopefully I'll see some results with this now that I'm eating better as well

It's taxing enough if you don't exercise, and it looks like it'll do some good. The woman who designed it is called nelia Rey. She devises free workouts and programmes you can do at home. Some themed around comic characters, videogames etc
