I met up with a couple of guys I used to work with a few years back and we all agreed that we reminisce more as we get older because you have realised how shit life is so you cast your mind back to when you were blissfully unaware of the utter pointlessness of existence.
I hope that you are as inspired by reading that as I am by writing it.
Was s'posed to go last night. (Boyfriend decided to act like a jerk and wound up going home instead.)
I have the feeling I'll wind up seeing it several times, and being first in line when the dvd is released. (Hey, a girl needs her obsessions; I figure dead guys are safe as obsessions can get.)
I think we can all agree that work is stupid and pointless. I have been having a "why do I have to go to work?" month because I have nothing to do all day and I have been saving prudently so I could afford not to be working at the moment which is not very motivating either.
Like the Brits and Yanks in Iraq, I am trying to formulate an exit strategy.
A lot of people just don't look their age, I find. Everyone always thinks my sister, who is 2 years younger than me, is the older sister. Everyone always thinks I am younger than my actual age. I've been carded a lot. I guess there is just no "average" concept of what someone who is 29 (or whatever number) should look like.
Thank you, but I don't think it will go live any time ever! I love optimism though.
Have a good show! I googled Wanda Jackson and I suspect you will be having a very very good time!
While I'm not the hugest fan of remakes either, I did really like the remake of Texas Chainsaw. The director did an amazing job in my opinion.
Halloween and all the rest..I wasn't impressed. I doubt I'll impressed with the new Friday the 13th since they've already put out that it will hardly be anything like the original BUT I'm a HUGE Friday fan so I'm going to see it anyways!
Everything was better in the old days.
