So I pretty much had the best weekend ever!
ok so it started out on Friday when my husband met me for lunch at winking lizard and had a really good lunch.
Beers, good food, you can't go wrong.

Then on Saturday my daughter had a soccer game which, I can't lie I could have lived without but she had fun so that made me happy.
Then we dropped the kids off at my moms and preceded to downtown cleveland, where we checked into our hotel which I got a great deal on.
it was at the Hyatt Regency Cleveland Arcade, (very fancy) and I booked the room for only $40 eeek I love a great deal like that!

anywho we had a few drinks in the room then went down to Flannery's for dinner we sat down and got our drinks and watched to Kentucky Derby had some food and left to go walk down to Nautica Pavilion for the concert.

By the time we got there Bad Religion was already playing so we grabbed some beers and we got our spot and greatly enjoyed the rest of the set.

We missed Four Year Strong which I was kinda bummed about but we got downtown a little later then expected and decided it was important that we eat first before we headed down to the concert.

anywho then Rise Against came on, and it was FUCKING AMAZING !!!!!! I loved it!!!!

on the way out my husband bought me a tshirt which I love, and wore today.

so after the concert we got back to the hotel had another drink and.... well..... yadda yadda yadda......

Today we woke up got showered and dressed checked out, and drove around the city for a while. it was a beautiful morning!
we found a diner and had a good breakfast and decided to make our way home.

we hung out at home for awhile, then got some coffee and sat outside and chit chatted for awhile.

so after that we went over to my mom and dad's to get my kids and say happy mom's day. well we ended up just getting back a little bit ago b/c it turned into a mini block party with all the kids and adults we ended up drinking, playing cornhole, drinking, eatting pizza and wings, and drinking biggrin
I ended up getting my 1st farmers tan/burn of the season though which sucks but it was worth the good time

I am so not ready to go back to work tomorrow whatever lol

You know, for being someone who's been listening to Bad Religion for about 20 years or so, I have still not been able to see them in concert during that entire time. Either I somehow never hear about the show or it comes on a day I can't request off... or a couple times the tickets have sold out before I had a chance to catch a pair! Ugh, why is it most of the bands I've loved for so long (ever since my friend got me into some amazing groups back when I was a lil Middle Schooler and he was almost graduating high school) I've never been able to see because of some kind of bad karma disallowing me to ever get tickets or time to see them live?! Ugh (again)!
At least you got to see 'em! biggrin

Its good to have stuff to do on the weekends. smile I've signed up for a single's group called events and adventures and have been doing things with them on the weekends. Last Saturday we went to a gun range and did some target shooting. I shot the 22 caliber and a glock 9 mm. I also got to talk with Jenell. She is very cute. I'm hoping to get a chance to ask her out. biggrin
