Starting the new year by fucking with someone's head. I had asked Lisa out several times and she knew that I was all about her for the last few months. Being my sister's roommate and still coming off a failed 5-year relationship (after 15 months of trying to gain closure, no less), she wasn't ready to try anything. There must have been some sort of resolution on her part, or the empty feeling of being alone on New Years Eve. She drunk-dialed me in the middle of the night, well after I had crashed and gone to bed. Just to say happy new year and be all happy/depressed on the phone. WHY??! Is she fucking with me??? I don't get it, and now I'm both flattered and pissed off that she'd call after shunning me before. Confusing stuff, I tell ya.

Other than that, New Years was relatively uneventful. My ex-girlfriend of 3 three years decided to tell me she's pregnant and oh by the way can I scan and email a bunch of photos of us for her so she can save them without her new husband getting jealous that they're in a photo album. HUH?
