I'm so bored.
I had my appendix removed the other day. Now that I'm not in the hospital anymore, I'm not getting 5cc's of Morphine every hour.
It hurts, I'm cranky and I really hate a "clear liquids diet" that doesn't include Vodka.
I'm going to be trapped in this house for another 2 weeks until I go back to work. On the plus side, I've made 1700 bucks in online gambling...so far.
The Docs put me on Oxycodone and a ton of antibiotics. The oxycodone makes me constipated, so I also have to take a laxative. The Oxycodone also doesn't seem to do much of anything... until I stand up. Then it's "woo hoo" and then right back to bed. The antibiotics make my tummy upset and decrease my appetite. Not that I can really eat anything solid for the next couple of days.
I can't even get off the toilet without someone helping me. Instead of one giant cut to get it out, they removed it laproscopicly. I have three holes one my left side. Unfortunately everyones appendix is on the right side, so they have to do a lot of moving around across your belly to get at it. It hurts to cough, laugh, and do anything that needs a stomach muscle.
P.S. When did my little sister become a woman? How the hell did that happen? (There's a pic in my pic folder, I haven't figured out how to put pics in my journal entries yet.)
