The version I get doesn't shoot anything, which is a bummer. One day...

The gun itself is from the movie Blade Runner and is a nerd's holy grail because the original prop specifications were never disclosed. The actual prop itself only surfaced in the past decade (and sold for $258,000), so much of the recreation was based on guess work. The gun itself is a combination of the receiver and magazine from a Steyr-Mannlicher .222 target rifle and assorted parts from the Charter Arms Bulldog .44, but the specifications for the gun itself vary from reproduction to reproduction. The version I'm receiving has engravings for 10mm rounds, but most models use the .44. The rifle receiver on top isn't even connected to a barrel, so the bolt action and ejection port are vestigial at most. Some even speculate that the top barrel fires laser rounds (in the movie).
