Dearest Friends,

I have lost someone very special to me, suddenly and without warning. He was my physician, but he was also a true friend to myself, my family, and all who knew him. He called me the day he died just to see how I was doing... I am struggling to make meaning out of this shocking and senseless tragedy.

Todays Lesson: if you care about someone, tell them so every chance you get.
