I went to a yoga class for the first time in 5 years. I didn't fall over once during all of the balance poses. I consider that a great victory.

i think if i find the right job in the fall i want to start yoga again, maybe we could be yoga buddies! since mister inflexible is well... not flexible

I fall over just trying to stand straight. This yoga thing.. might be dangerous.
