Exciting things of the week:
My mechanic is supposed to come and tune up my car today. I'm hoping this will result in a smoother drive and better gas mileage, but it might just be the quality of gasoline that's been going down, and no fault of my car's.
We get to actually go to a show on Thursday! My friend's band, the Forty-Fives, is coming to town with the Detroit Cobras and the Rev. Horton Heat, which should be a highly energetic and sweaty event. Good thing the show is at the Roseland, one of the coldest venues in town. Actually works in its favor in the summer.
Costco trip tonight! Yeah, I'm a big dork and love going to Costco. Sue me.
EnergyChannel gets to stay in town this weekend, which will be lovely.
I think that's it. I'm trapped at the house until my mechanic gets here, and since the sun is blazing outside, I'm pretty much trapped inside or I have to stay in the shade. Fun.
