Okay, after two days of playing nanny, I've reached a few conclusions.
1. It's simultaneously easier and more emotionally draining than I thought it would be.
2. I still don't want any children of my own. Much like office work, while I seem to be good at it, it is not remotely fulfilling or satisfying.
3. Between this and the mentoring I do once a week, I'm becoming weary of catering to other "center of the universe" people.
4. I want to go back to being a "center of the universe" person.
5. I don't sleep well alone anymore. Neither does EnergyChannel.
6. That Shins/Fiery Furnaces/Elf Power show this Saturday will be a great way to unwind.
