I ordered new lenses for my glasses yesterday. I even splurged and got those transition ones that get dark when UV rays hit them. I'm ridiculously excited over the prospect of these, which just seals the deal on my true dork status.
The only problem is they had to take my glasses. Which leaves me wearing only my contacts. Hard contacts. It's not fun to wake up at 7:00 am and jam little plastic disks into your eyes in order to drive home and get ready for work. Nope, not fun at all.
But still, new lenses! Nothing will be blurry! And they turn dark in the sun!
Now all I need is some sun.
