A word on show-going etiquette: If you are going to see a band play, and you make a point to stand near the front of the stage, please don't spend the whole show shrieking with your girlfriends in a display that tells everyone how drunk you are.
Oh, and a personal note to the blond idiot making out with his three girlfriends: no one cares that you have three girls drunk enough to make out with you. Please don't allow the queen idiot to jump on the stage in a coked out attempt at "rocking out." And for the love of god, this was a Clientele show. A fairly quiet, unassuming band from across the pond, who didn't quite know what to think of your cokehead girlfriend leaping on the stage during their last song.
I tried to make it through the encore, but I didn't have it in me. We bought shirts to show our support though. They're cute. They have an owl and a bunny on them.
I'm not sure if I have it in me to go see the Raveonettes on Monday. The Doug Fir has been sucking crowd-wise, and there's nothing that ruins a great show like a shitty crowd full of talkers and morons.

It was Kenetic madness, followed by sleep and lols of BBQ.
I had been watching a friends cat for the last 2 months. I would have been cool if they had told us that the cat was not fixed. It howled all night for 2 months striaght. I now feel that I deserve all the sleep that I can get.
This year was wierd.....The race was off, the Race was on.... then it was offf....then Finally it was ON.
Good Stuff though. It was run and with an eye on next year, we have begun design concepts. I see a pirate ship on the horizon.
