Snow blankets the city. And as usual, the city is thrown into chaos. Accidents, delays, people who really don't know how to drive in the snow. I'm pissed at my work for opening at 10:00 instead of just closing for the day, but I'm not risking my life driving up a rather steep hill. That's what sick and vacation days are for.
Whoops, timesheets are due today. Hopefully I'll still get paid if I turn mine in tomorrow.
Edit at 9:00: Now they're not opening the school until noon. I still think they're dreaming. The snow is not exactly letting up out there, and I'm definitely not going in just to get trapped at 5:30.

Snow! Ryan was saying how it was probably nice and temperate down there, when it's cold and snowing here, hehe, thanks for proving him wrong! Vancouver's had total freaky climate change weather and we are breaking records for snow, so poor Ryan feels deceived at how much snow I told him we normally get. Well, that's fun that you get the day off! Are you going to make snow angels with your free time?
