I also made a diarama, stripper box to document the last 3 years. I plan to make many more diaramas and do a gallery show at city wide open studios if possible or artspace where I did a clear back pack art assignment about censorship. Mine got taken to Chicago to do an exhibit or so I thought until I called the gallery and they said they never got sent and they never returned it and it made me sad. They say I can come pick it up today so i'm psyched that I can see my old artwork as I'm making new stuff. Also was given a new backpack and found out I might be able to do a cool gallery show. That is if I volunteer some time at artspace with projects and such. I made a new clear backpack today to document my life. I think my art show may be very scary and personal but I like the idea of getting stuff out through art. I also might be having my art show with a cool hip-hop dude named dooleyo who spins beats...so it'll be stripper art and beats and lots of other artists which I think is neat. I'm pretty excited and scared to unveil myself like this but I hope when I do some SGs will come.
Anyway...that's my life for now and I am a lot happier. xo
ps. I found some pretty good vegetarian recipes and am thinking about starting to cook more. If you are vegetarian and want a good resource try:
