It's an annual protest to decriminalize marijuana. Everyone who cares goes down to qeens Park and march around the city. They have live music and contests. Because it is a peaceful protest the police are not allowed to bother anyone only stand around and protect them. For the afternoon and only in the park people are allowed to smoke without getting in trouble. I have pictures form when my boy went last year in my pics.

i only kept it in for an hour so my hair has gone about 2 dhades darker nothing drastic but i think ill do it again and sleep on it for now my hair is light brown.
