Second, my advice would be that you take the job at least a while, because Paris will and you still will have many more years to share but job opportunities don't come along that often. Sometimes sacrifices and adjustments need to be made. Plus, the bottom line is, you will NOT always be around each other, if you keep on postponing the move as to not lose any precious moments you'll never get anything done, and it'll just be harder for him to eventually interact with other children.
