Hi guys! So my favorite recipe is breton wafers! It's typical from britanny.

The flour of sarasin is the base of this. You can put what you want in it, but here we usually put ham, egg and cheese! Or sausage and cheese! It's really good, try one day, it's to hard to cook!

This is beautiful. I love France, but have not been there in many years and only Paris and Colleville Sur Mer. My Great Grandfather is buried at Omaha Beach. So part of my heart will forever be in France. My friends father was once the caretaker of the American Cemetery and My friend married a French girl. I also have another friend in Paris. I plan to visit in summer 2016. Mike used to live in your city, maybe we can all get together and break bread. Again, a gorgeous city, I hope to see it! Big Skrappy Hugs!
