I'm sick

Today I need to:
Rewrite/create a new menu for my restaurant;
Host clan matches(Xalaga.com);
Clean the apartment(trashed from my lazy & sick ass);
Stop being sick so I can go back to work tomorrow;
Look for a new place to live;
Prep some gifts for the mail;
Call Joleen;
Post pics for you;
