totally starting to love this site more than fb. wanted to share some info. i'm watching an infomercial for "insanity" work out and totally wanna try it! any thoughts?

SG is way better than FB...and the insanity work outs aren't really anything fancy they are mostly diet....if you have any questions I was a personal trainer before the military...and also there's a group for it on SG

I'm in the military and in need of a personal trainer. I love all types of food though! It's hard for me to get all the necessary foods in my diet.

And yes, agreed, SG is better than FB...
