Went to class, worked out, got a nice letter from my ex (who's in jail), cried a bit after reading it, then took a shower, ate some carrot sticks, and about to take a short nap.

Happy Valentine's day all!

Too bad my valentine is overseas right now, but Skype date later tonight.

Personal trainer is awesome. Sore from this week and I still have one more work out to go this week.

it never fails, whenever i try to cook, the smoke alarm seems to go off every single time!! I'm not burning anything, smoke alarm, thank you very much!!

but on a happier note, getting more of my koi fish done on Friday..

had drill today. i'm really diggin bein in the army. i enjoy the comraderie, and the work. keeps me on my toes.
