You'll excuse me if there's been a redundancy to my posts lately, but what can I say, this just happens to be whats happening in my life right now.
Tonight my friend and I decided to head out to another showing of The Wright Stuff II at the New Beverly Cinemas. This time it was a double feature of Dirty Harry and The Super Cops(which is not available to see anywhere in the United States).
Of course Edger Wright was on hand this time with Quentin Tarantino to discuss Dirty Harry. It's very interesting just sitting there and listening to Tarantino talk about movies. I don't think I've ever seen anyone with quite so much insight. For The Super Cops, we had writer Lorenzo Semple Jr. and star David Selby(who recently played the Winklevoss' lawyer in The Social Network)
Both showings were very cool, and I demand a release of The Super Cops here in the States now!
This saturday I return for what's going to be my final time for a double bill of Frenzy and Dressed to Kill. If anybody lives even remotely close to Hollywood I strongly suggest you head out.
