This is the forth night now I've stayed up talking to her for hours. It's quite fantastic.
Of course, as is the way life is for me, she lives quite a way aways. Thus is life, oh well time to take nature's ambien.

So this girl, she is now doing a bit of role play(not that kind you people) with me to help me get into character for my writing thing. Obvious approach that I for some reason never took. Man she's all kinds of awesome. Oh, and we stayed up till 4:30 last night talking about nothing in particular.

Have you guys ever seen Chasing Amy? It's one of my favorite movies, but it was always difficult for me to relate to Ben Affleck's character and the decisions he makes. Not any more. She told me tonight about all the great stuff she's done. Her different phases of rebellion. Sneaking out of the house at 16 to do this and that, and you know what? I now completely understand how he feels. I mean, I feel inadequate in a different way, I feel inadequate because she's done stuff with her life. She's experienced what it's like to live in different states of mind. She meets and talks to people and has a damn good time. I have done NOTHING. Makes one feel, I don't know, worthless. I wanna do something stupid and pointless, just so I can have a story to compare. Yes, I am of the same stupid fucking mold of man that shaped his character in the movie, and I hate it, but I don't think I can help it either. What an interesting life we lead.
