I've now watched Kicking and Screaming 4 times in 3 days. No, not that god forsaken Will Ferrel soccer movie. I'm talking about the Slacker comedy from 1995 by Noah Baumbach. I absolutely love this film. It was a blind dvd purchase about a year ago and I fell in love with the film. I've recently become reobsessed with the flick. Baumbach, if you didn't know is the director of Mr. Jealousy, The Squid and the Whale, and Margot at the Wedding. His first flick, Kicking and Screaming remains my favorite though.
