ugh, it's another one of those days. I feels pretty horrid once again... blah

I feel like this

In addition, I now have to lose 30 lbs by the end of the year, no it's not that I want to, it is that I HAVE to. Well I don't have to, but if I want to keep my health insurance at it's current rate I...

I love The Simpsons, it's my favorite show and definitely a cultural icon. Personally the show was at it's greatest between seasons 1-8, which stretches from 1989 to about 1997, a little into 1998. Then came several horrendous years under Mike Scully, and then Al Jean came back and the show began to recover. Of late, I have been one of the biggest Simpsons apologists...

Hello there,

today was a pleasant day, nothing special happened, just nothing bad either. Today basically just happened, and I have no problem with that.

I watched Scorsese's Taxi Driver again yesterday, and I had forgotten how much I loved that movie. The scene when Harvey Keitel's pimp dances with the very young Jodie Foster was so disgusting and slimy it hurt. But De Niro...

I have a free movie ticket, alas I know not what to watch. Nothing in theaters right now really appeals to me. I also have a blockbuster movie pass, but alas nothing at blockbuster appeals to me either... does anyone have any good movie suggestions?

I have realized that I am attracted to films that are taboo and/or known for being just plain horrible. A...

Nerd Rage follows...

Well, thanks to the blog of the lovely lady next to me in my picture, I now know that comic con tickets are already beginning to sell out, which when I first heard, nearly gave me a geeky heart attack. There is only one thing I truly look forward to each year and that's the Con. Is that sad? Probably but I...

another wasted day, I should do more things. To quote Bruno from Hitchcock's Strangers on a Train, "I admire people who do things."
I guess that means I admire most anybody.

heres something fun, it's barely over 2 minutes and it will be stuck in your head all day...

Hello There,

I love Pixar, they are the company that can do no wrong as far as I'm concerned, and I don't care that I am a 19 year old guy, I go apeshit for their films. The Incredibles is still one of the greatest superhero movies ever made, and Up made me rather misty eyed. Wall-E is an awesome avant garde animated feature. Nemo...

This has been perhaps the laziest weekend ever. I believe that if counted, the amount of time I spent each day in a vertical position would be less than an hour. This is ridiculous, and yet oddly awesome.

Recently my friend had brought back some Chicago Pizza after her trip out there, and I have to say it was delicious. Although I can't tell if...

well thanks, i'm just really hoping my mom feels the same way about it. i'm trying to write the perfect letter right now to get out everything that needs to be said.

and yeah that's the feeling i got from reading the excepts on his website lol! the story "guts" was kinda like getting a nice massage at first, it was pleasantly amusing, but then the end was like the person giving the massage just straight up donkey punched you in the back of the head! i was not expecting that AT ALL! and i feel like it makes me a very sick person to have been more amused than disturbed by it, but there it is. it was love at first gag.
