Oh despair!
Tried to start running and my ankle gave up on me. I'm walking instead of running now, trying to do at least 5km per day, keeping it at ~10mins per k. Even found myself one very usefull android app to track my progress.
Now i'm so sore i cant move... 6 days of that, plus some workouts and i'm dying.
