I feel great today! No more anxiety, yay!!! Tomorrow I am off to Stellenbosch for a company conference, I am very excited. The only thing that is on my mind right now is re establishing my gym & studying routine when I get back.
On Saturday I will be doing a shoot for Edge Models, I'm a little nervous as I have to prance around in a bikini at some point which is something I am not really used to but I am sure with a little bit of fake confidence (in the form of fake tan) I will be fine. I have been using a new product called summer skin which gives your skin a sun kissed look and it also functions as a daily body lotion, it works well but smells a bit odd.
I am finally getting hold of the two VAST albums that I have not been able to purchase any where, even Virgin Mega store didn't have them. So I am quite excited about listening to them.
It's amazing what a good nights sleep can do for ones mood, last night was the first night that I actually slept well since I returned from Europe.

hello, long time no talk. i am at a friends house right now. i should get my internet hookup on tuesday. finally. i hope your shoot went well. i takes guts to do shoots like that. i have a hard time just doing a family shoot. have a good week at work.
