Well looks like I'll be following the trend and moving as well. I got my lease renewal offer. Its $176 more a month, so F that. I suppose its a good thing. I should really be buying a house with the market so low right now. My savings is sort of all wrapped up in other things this summer. At least I have the VA home loan so all I really need to come up with is money for home inspection and signing and those other random fees they stack up.

Also had a scare at home. 2 of my babies started fighting. Akira wouldn't stop chasing Chili, and in a way which made me thing Akira was trying to chase her out of the group of them (3 degus) After half a day with Akira in the travel cage though. She was super happy to be back with Chili and Skittles. They spent 20 minutes grooming each other once I reintroduced her.

Its getting to hot to go riding on the weekends now. Makes for boring weekends, I guess I need another hobby. The heat hasnt stopped me from riding yet though. I do want a second bike for highway though, neck just gets to sore, besides I really dont want my neck getting to big from holding my head still in the wind.
