Ok, I haven't updated this thing in a long long time.
Ive moved to Hawaii! Its flipping amazing here. I lurve it. My dogs just got out of quarantine and my car got here sometime last week, yay for no more rental cars. I'm glad to be here and settled in and get moving again. Modeling, going back to work for Hot Topic hopefully within the month. I dont really care what you "ubar" and "hardcore" people say about the store, its an AMAZING company to work for. They actually give a shit about their employees and I'm proud to say I like it. I really don't know what most of the alternative community has against the store. Anyhow, I'm rambling...
I was super excited to see that there were 7 other SGs here in Hawaii. Most of the chicks I have seen here I wanna beat over the head with a baseball bat. Think their hot shit and give you the stink eye just because your a little different. That's one thing I miss about Fort Worth... no one gave a shit, you were who you were and left it at that. I don't think I have gotten quiet as many dirty looks before as I have here. The guys I have meet seem really cool and down to earth. Maybe its because I live on an Army base... I don't know... but fuck em. I'M ME!!! And I love me.
Still no set. They have everything else, just waiting on an approved set. Honestly, I could have already been accepted except for the fact that Ive only sent in two sets and that was back in 06. I just need to hunker down and do a self shot kinda thing. I could get some pretty good shots if I tried, its how I got started on Deviantart, and now a year or so later, Ive got about 500 people watching my pages. Its good fun ^.^
I'm a bit nervous though. Ive not seen to many other curvy SGs out there, cept Quinne, and we all know shes fuckin amazing. I'm voluptuous, I love my curves. I embrace who I am, and I really hope that shows through on my photos. I'm basically here to enforce the "there is beauty outside the conventional idea of what beautiful is" but also to add, "you can be a curvy girl and still have just as much fire, lust appeal, confidence, sex appeal and be a bitchin babe all around just as much as the girl, if not have more of all of that than the girl next to you in the size 5 jeans screaming 'I'M FAT!!"
