That is an interesting question. Am I working hard, or hardly working?
Well of course I've been working hard, my new job has been so crazy with long hours since I stepped foot into the shop. Overtime is something I've gotten quite used to. At the same time, I feel like I'm hardly working with everything else in my life. Projects have slowed to a crawl, friends have been neglected, and my SG presence has been minimal at best. I must say again, I am so thankful for everyone's support on my recent set HONEY BEE, I know I haven't had a chance to really get in touch and say thank you enough.

Earlier this year, I made it a point to make new goals, and with new goals, there are always sacrifices, however small, or big they may be. In my case, when I leave my house at 7am and don't get home until 7pm, my social life definitely suffers haha. But I don't let that stop me. It may slow me, but stop me? No. I will be lurking around, and when I am not a sleep deprived zombie incapable of writing a message that makes any sense, I will respond. Or maybe I should just respond as a sleep deprived zombie? Make life interesting? lol

Anyways, I hope everyone had a great mothers day and were treated like a queen or treated someone like a queen!
I woke up to my house filled with smoke and my husband serving me burnt muffin pancakes? saying "Did you know pancakes are really hard not to burn?" I loved the effort and made sure to eat as much of the efforts as I could haha. The rest of my day was an adventure to say the least, my favorite bouquet of flowers could only be found 200 miles away from our house, so he loaded up the kids and told me to get in the car. The next 200 miles would be spent being well, a parent. Bathroom breaks, kids screaming, candy bribery, cellphone games, making paper airplanes, and grid lock traffic. But we made it to Seattle! Only to come to find the pier was pretty much completely shut down. Womp. Womp. Womp. But I got my amazing flowers and I got to spend the day with my kids.
