Rolling around with no make up on WOO!
Alright, This week has been a trying one! BUT it will indeed be worth it in the end. So.. what was involved in this week long overhaul of the daily you ask?! Well, you probably wouldn't ask that... but I'm gonna tell ya anyway!
She now has, new front rotors and brake pads all around. Yay for stopping!
A new pilot bearing in ze clutch! Woo! She'll no longer sound like a T-rex every damn time you let out the clutch pedal!
A new inner passenger tie rod. There goes my arm workouts keeping the car from swinging to the right.
A new gasket for the transmission because of a random itty bitty hole that no one would expect transmission fluid to leak from!
Seriously... take a look...
Oh, wait, you don't see it? here...
That tiny hole was from over tightening the pivot ball in the transmission. God damn hooligans working on shit they don't understand! *shakes fist*
So after fumbling around, running back and forth to parts shops.
YAY FOR SPARE PARTS!
Everything was cleaned up, rebuilt and put back together :)
So there ya have it! Clutches and tranny's and bearings and gaskets and brake pads, OH MY! Now that, that's all said and done, its time to do a victory lap! Trust me, I almost know what I'm doing ;)
