so i went paintballing on sunday and in the process learned a lot about myself. I have a few passive agressive tendancies, but that is all they are, passive. I have no desire to be violent against other people, unless they of course are violent against me. i also learnt that thos little mother fucking balls hurt a lot! and that muscle doesn't bruise easily but fat does, and that i have a lot more fat than i would care to acknowledge...

other than that i have worked and slept, i hope everyone is good and i'll check in with y'all soon..
