Hunter Valley was amazing 
I drank so much great tasting wine... and I've definately decided I'm totally a red wine drinker now. I have absolutely no desire to drink white anymore.
Our horseback ride was awesome, we saw wild kangaroos!
I made the yummiest pizza friday night and baked it in this huge wood burning oven outside... yum yum!
We went to a bunch of different wineries.. The one's I can remember were; McLeish Estate, Reg Drayton, Pokolbin Estate (inc. the hunter olive centre), annnnnd?
We also went to two breweries... one called potters.. and the other I also can't remember at the moment.
It was a really nice relaxing weekend... mucho cuddle time with the boy under the sun and stars.
I also did a little egg hunt for him on sunday!! he was so surprised and happy!
