You've managed to pick two of my favourite marvel female characters. Personally, Psylocke is more recognisable, and less likely to be confused for someone random, but Domino is more fun (though most people aren't going to recognise her), I'd put in a vote for her.

Sounds like a lot of business stuff to think about... You seem like you are in good enough shape to just start jogging. Just do it one day and then try and keep doing it at regular intervals. Has been working for me for a few weeks. I don't think it will ever be like running after school in high school, but hopefully good shape will follow.
