Yes, I have feared for my physical this week but I overcame my first lesson in swimming pool! Indeed, it can be Breton, being born near the sea and not able to swim! But I decided to learn this year. Several reasons have led me there. Since January, I used to go jogging during the week in addition to my weekly bike ride of the weekend. I hate to run to the base but the bike was not enough to actively fight against my paunch. I thought: well, I have two solutions to me or I run or I go to the pool. Problem, I swim like a stone! So I was left as jogging. Along the way, this little workout makes me feel good to the body and head. The problem is that it takes me time (about 2 hours between to go home, get ready, go to my place of jogging, jogging, go home, take a shower). So, the winter, it will be difficult to continue the evening. Not to lose the physical attributes acquired in recent months, so I decided to learn to swim in order to go swimming in the winter (I have one right next to my desk).
So the first lesson Friday night. The day and time (20h) are perfect for me. I go to the pool of Cesson-Svign (a town next to mine) because there were more places in the pools of my city. It's pretty cool, we are about a dozen people, men and women of all ages (I must be the younger man, two women were younger and it should go up to 70 years older). Prof. Thomas is also young enough and pretty cool. It reassures. In addition, he has a nice tattoo (a little tribal) on the left shoulder.
It will also make me move my ass and meet new people. Indeed, one of my greatest paradoxes is to be a very Sociable in my work and I'm having fun to give conferences or lectures, but I'm quite a loner fleeing the world in the life of every day ...

The sport makes me feel good right now. My balance has confirmed to me this morning. I stand under the 78 pounds! I've eaten at noon my guts to the old without remorse (rare dish that I eat until I'm single!).
Otherwise, head end, so I already jogging to free myself, but other resolution of the year, I started monday my lessons in relaxation therapy. I met two sophrologists in recent weeks and I decided to continue with one of them. I'm starting to feel the effects but we will have that I am consistent in my practice. Why the relaxation therapy? To relax, work on my stress and my anxiety, and improve my sleep. Well, during the first meetings, it appeared that all the little problems mentioned just before are related to some balls that I carry from my childhood and adolescence ... It will therefore certainly at one time or another, I decided to face my demons, and for that, I'll maybe do a little analysis. At the end of next week, I see my psychologist and friend I'll ask her advice on that.
What else this week? Instead, a week of shit and it's not the picture that contradict me!
