So, here it is Thursday, and I'm still thinking about the election.

On Sunday morning I was flipping channels, finding nothing was on but evangelists. This one guy stopped me. He was obviously getting his flock fired up to vote for W., on Tuesday without naming names, but what he said was interesting:

"The bible says if someone you know does something bad and you don't stop him, you're as much to blame as he is and will be punished the same by God. So all of these politicians with all of their shady deals who think no one is watching are wrong. God is watching. And even if the people they work for don't know they are doing these evil things, those people will be punished as well. But now, if they do something good, then all the good they have done, you are rewarded as if you had done those good deeds yourself.

So when you cast your vote, know that all the good being done in the middle east will come back to you because this is the first time these people will hear the word of God!!!"

I guess the point he was making was vote for Bush and Iraq gets to listen to me talk, but I just kept thinking about Rove, and Rumsfeld, and Cheney and all of those other pirates who are doing God's work too.

Serves them right.
