I resolve to do a seven minute shoulder stand every morning starting from tomorrow.....we don't have any mirrors though so it's going to be really hard trying to see my lines and make sure I am straight.

It's been a busy week, I've been horseriding a lot and keep making progress as far as my technique goes......another few months and I might be up to competing in some basic shows. Yay
