Goodbye, baby hamsters.......
Recently one of my hamsters had babies, so adorable!!
Sadly I was unable to keep them all due to space restraints so had to shuffle five of the babies off to the local pet store. I know it's what I had to do but it still felt pretty lousy walking out of the store with a bag of feed in exchange for my babies. I'm living in a pretty big house at the moment but with a bird, chinchillas and sixteen hamsters it was getting really hard to keep up with the cage cleaning and playtime. The lads and the ladies are now firmly seperate so there will be no more baby surprises.
On a happier note, I'm doing well in my studies these days and got to spend half an hour brushing and caring for a gorgeous horse this morning. Nothing puts a smile on your face quite like a horse can
Filling in the rest of the night with the typical serving of reality TV, watching Supersize vs Superskinny and Teen Mom makes me want to simultaneously hop off to the gym whilst doubling my birth control.
