So, in a couple of minutes, I'm going to get ready to head out to a Job Fair at Best Buy in Santa Rosa. Hopefully, I get hired today, that would be grand!!!!
And I need to turn in my application to Hot Topic, so I can finally get my Hot Topic job. Either my fourth or fifth time trying since I've moved out here. It'd be cool if they hired me and that could be my weekend job or something. Four paychecks in one month, woo!
Shit, it'd pay the bills, right?
So, I talked to the guy who runs kaos2000.net a while ago. He seems really on the level, not like some of the fucktard photographers that I've worked with in the past. I don't get any weird vibes from him like I did the last one. Which is good, because I'll feel comfortable shooting with him. I might even get to see him at the SGB shows next week. So, yeah, I have a new photographer, a good one, who can also set me up with gigs for other modeing outlets. Woo! He is interested in using me for his magazine in terms of interviews and band photography, so now I have two sites I might be working for. Again, woo!
So that's the brief update for today, kiddos. I leave you with a note of wisdom...yes, even I am capable of thinking intelligently: Think and live for yourselves and no one else. Don't let someone talk you into following their train of thought, or persuade you into following their style, their musical taste, their type of language, ect. If they do, fight, and fight hard, and if they persist, write them off and never look back.
Oh...yeah...Frisk show at the Gilman on the 25th. I'm there, but are you?
