This is bugging me. Lately, there's been a surge in morons joining the site to bash on it.

Wow. My respect for humanity just went up four points.

I swear, do people have nothing better to do with their lives than to join this site - or any site for that matter - purely out of intention to cause a ruckus and upset the community as a whole? Do those kinds of people have jobs, lives, friends to talk to, husbands/wives to crawl into bed with, children to raise? Or do they just sit in the dark, with only the monitor of their computer to light the area and their ever dwindling existance, taking out all their frustrations, insecurities and jealousy on screennames and anonymous faces?

Case in point, and I shall try to remain vague: last night/this morning, I was on the site, like always, and there was a thread in the SG Hopefuls thread that caught my eye. Someone bitching about how they felt the site isn't up to par as of late and is abandoning the original SG intention of producing "alt porn." They were bitching that none of the recent girls that have gone live are really SG worthy - not enough tats and piercings, have too much of a "girl next door" look (which I took offense to because I happen to fall in that category), and basically was just going off. Now, I had respect for this girl's thead and opinion, but of course, put in my opinion. I thought that this was going to be a civilized thread. But then, the dumb cunt turns around and starts attacking Limbo's, SG's, the site and other members.

After reading about all 12 pages that accumulated during the course of nearly 12 hours, I had come to the conclusion that:

1: I am in agreement with Kimmi. This girl has problems, to say the least. To call her a pathological liar might be a bit hasty and extreme, but she does have some sort of problem if she's thriving off on only negative feedback, which she knows full well she's going to get. She claimed to recieve an email from a member who was in agreement with her. That got a vague mention, that was all. Someone else posted in that thread and they weren't even acknowledged by the bitch. And claiming to be a limbo, well, I'm sure that she knew we'd be quick to point out the opposite, because even if you're a limbo girl, any girl who is a model for the site posts in pink. Can we say attention whore???

2: That, although I do pride my fellow SG's, Limbos, and members for defending their pride and joy, and I feel as though I made some good points in that thread myself - we should have left the asshat alone. This is one of those situations where if you don't feed into the drama, it slowly drifts away into non-existance. If we had let the moron ramble on, she'd have realized that no one really cares what she thinks or says and she would have had to stop eventually. We had every right to protect the site, and teach this fucker a lesson, but to what extent, exactly?

3: Personal attacks never get your far, in life or on the net. And using the same insult over and over doesn't really help your case, either.

4: This asshat is good for light entertainment....and nothing more

God...and I thought I only had to encounter this bullshit at the Creed and A.F.I. message boards!!!!

So much for thought.
